Our Fleet at AA Taxis
Our fleet of vehicles includes cars suitable for up to 4 passengers, people carrier, mobility cars, 8 seater minibuses, 16 seater minibuses and additional trailer hire. Not only do we provide taxi services for the local area, we can also accommodate larger groups with our 8 and 16 seater minibuses, an ideal solution for those looking for days / nights out, weddings, christenings, airport and rail transfers, local tours and group travel.
2 x Volkswagen Caddy Maxi
Our Volkswagen Caddy Maxi vehicles are used as everyday taxis for up to a maximum of 4 passengers however, these vehicles have been modified to transport wheelchairs. Depending on the size of the wheelchair it is possible to accommodate 5 passengers in one of these vehicles including the wheelchair passenger.
2 x Skoda Octavia
Our Skoda Octavia’s are our most commonly used taxis that hold up to 4 passengers and can be seen out and about at all hours of the day or night.
1 x Vauxhall Zafira
Our Vauxhall Zafira can transport up to a maximum of 6 passengers with there being 2 additional seats in the boot area however, this is more commonly used for transporting up to 4 passengers.
3 x 8 Seater Minibuses
Our minibuses are a great choice for transporting larger groups of customers around both the local area and further afield, whether that be for weddings, rail connections at Alnmouth Station or transfers to and from Newcastle International Airport. We can also provide a trailer in addition to the 8 seater minibus which is perfect for trips which include large amounts of luggage or equipment.
2 x 16 Seater Minibuses
Our 16 seater minibuses are the newest addition to our fleet, these were added in 2019 and are the perfect choice for transport larger groups of passengers both locally and throughout the country. An ideal solution for stag and hen parties including weekend trips to Blackpool, Liverpool and Manchester.
We can also provide a trailer in addition to our 16 seater minibuses so that they can transport groups with large amounts of luggage or equipment.

Yes, we cover all UK airports and the price for your journey would be based on individual needs. Newcastle International Airport is our local airport and one we that we visit frequently.
